If fb008 becomes aware that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 21, or that personal data of a person under 21 has been collected in error, fb008 will immediately close the relevant account, void any associated balances, and securely delete the personal data involved, except to the extent that retention is required for regulatory or legal purposes.
